Cava od xarel·lo grožđa s posjeda Espiells i Can Rius. Blijedo žute boje sa zelenim i sivim nijansama, njegova suptilna aroma evocira osobnost sorte xarel·lo s notama anisa (komorača), bijelog voća (kruške) i mediteranskog bilja (ružmarin, timijan). S vremenom razvija finu kvasac, što mu daje složenost i eleganciju. Ugodan napad ustupa mjesto kremastoj, svježoj kavi u ustima koja ima isti okus zrelog voća kao i na nosu. Uravnotežena kiselost sa sobom donosi dug i živopisan sloj.

Cava made from xarel·lo grapes from our Espiells estate and Can Rius. Pale yellow in colour with green and grey hues, its subtle aroma evokes the personality of the xarel·lo variety with notes of anise (fennel), white fruit (pear) and Mediterranean herbs (rosemary, thyme). Over time it develops a fine yeastiness, giving it complexity and elegance. A pleasing attack gives way to a creamy, fresh cava in the mouth that has the same taste of ripe fruit as on the nose. Its balanced acidity brings with it a long, vibrant finish.

Essential Reserva najnovija je kreacija tvrtke Juvé & Camps, rađena sa 100% xarel·lo sortom. Odležan najmanje 15 mjeseci. Bogat niz malih mjehurića i besprijekorno svijetle blijedo žute boje uvlači nas u svoj buket svježim i čistim linijama. Vrlo suptilne note bijelog voća, trave i planinskog cvijeća, uz vrlo prirodan mineralni dodir. Vrlo mekano, suptilno na nepcu s osjećajem u ustima koji se povećava kako prolazi. Blago gorkast, ugodnog okusa s jarkom kiselošću. Fino i elegantno, ali s naglašenom osobnošću. Xarel·lo u svojoj najčišćoj suštini.

Essential Reserva is the latest creation from Juvé & Camps, made with 100% xarel·lo. Aged for at least 15 months. An abundant string of small bubbles and flawless bright pale yellow colour pulls us into its bouquet, with fresh, clean lines. Very subtle notes of white fruit, grass and mountain flowers along with a very natural mineral touch.
Very soft, subtle on the palate with a mouth feel that increases as it passes. Slightly bitter, pleasant aftertaste with vibrant acidity. Fine and elegant but with marked personality. Xarel·lo in its purest essence.

Penedès is a natural and historical area of ​​the Autonomous Community of Catalonia. 1796 Cijela priča je počela prije 200 godina kada je Joan Juvé Mir, znatiželjni, pedantni vinar koji je bio ispred svog vremena, postavio temelje svoje tvrtke. Kasnije, njegov sin Antoni Juvé Escaiola preuzeo je vinograde.

1796 The whole story began 200 years ago when Joan Juvé Mir, a curious, meticulous winemaker who was ahead of his time, laid the foundations of his company. Later, his son Antoni Juvé Escaiola took over the vineyards.

1921 Joan Juvé Baqués, son of Antoni Juvé Escaiola and husband of Teresa Camps Ferrer, set up underground plants in the family home in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia to make the first sparkling wines under the name JUVE.

1940 Josep and Joan Juvé Camps, sons of Joan and Teresa, joined the management of the family business, and raised it to a higher level when they opened a winery outside Sant Sadurní d’Anoia.

1972 The first bottle of Gran Juvé Camps, the remarkable Gran Reserva Brut Nature cava made from grapes from the vineyards in Espiells only when the harvest is of exceptional quality, is an important feature in the progress of the winery.

1976 Reserva de la Familia was born, Gran Reserva Brut Nature cava was initially supposed to be poured only in small quantities, but it soon became the main thing to which the brand name is attached
