Pure Syrah from grapes grown in the heart of our estate on head-pruned bush-vines, planted on soils dominated by stones. The expressiveness of the variety is phenomenal: plums, blackberries, spice, liquorice, leather and hints of smoke. The wine opens mysteriously and concludes pyrotechnically.

Toskana se smjestila u središnjoj Italiji, poznata je po bogatoj povijesti, tradiciji, umjetnosti i prekrasnom krajoliku. Regija se sastoji od pokrajina Arezzo, Grosseto, Livorno, Lucca, Massa-Carrara, Pisa, Pistoia, Prato, Siena i Firenca koja je ujedno i glavni grad regije. Ono što obilježava krajolik Toskane su prekrasni brežuljci, vinogradi, planine, čempresi, lavande i masline. Toskana je poznata po brojnim dvorcima, palačama, parkovima i vrtovima.

Toskana je jedna od najstarijih i najpoznatijih vinorodnih regija Italije čija tradicija seže još u doba Rimskog carstva. Osim što očarava ljepotom bogatog krajolika, najveći pogled plijeni svojim prekrasnim vinskim podrumima i vinogradima. Najpoznatija vina Toskane su Chianti, Brunello di Montalcino i Vino Nobile di Montepulciano.

Chianti vina su najslavnija vina Toskane. To su suha vina te variraju od lakšeg do punog tijela. Proizvode se od sorte Sangiovese uz mali dodatak Caniola i Trebbiana Toscano. Vina imaju poseban voćni karakter te mirisom podsjećaju na ljubičice i trešnje, a okusom na višnje. Brunello di Montalcino je jako cijenjeno crno vino iz grada Montalcina. Rađeno je od sorte Sangiovese. Brunello je vino moćnog tijela, duboke boje i izraženih tanina. Vino ima odličan potencijal starenja.

Više od 80% proizvodnje u Toskani čine crna vina, po kojima je postala slavna, a glavna sorta je Sangiovese. Sorta vinove loze Sangiovese je jedna od najcjenjenijih i najrasprostranjenijih kultivara Italije, a najbolje uspjeva u Toskani. Toskana je slavu stekla upravo zahvaljujući ovoj sorti, iako je sortiment izuzetno širok. Od bijelih sorti najčešća je Trebbiano, a slijede MalvasiaVermentino Vernaccia. Toskana je osim po kulturi i enologiji poznata i po gastronomiji. Neke od najpoznatijih su maslinovo ulje, sladoled, sirevi riccota, pecorino, ovčji sirevi različite starosti, sušene rajčice te vrganji i tartufi.

Chianti wines are the most famous wines of Tuscany. These are dry wines and range from lighter to full-bodied. They are produced from the Sangiovese variety with a small addition of Caniola and Trebbiana Toscano. The wines have a special fruity character and the aroma is reminiscent of violets and cherries, and the taste of cherries. Brunello di Montalcino is a highly prized red wine from the city of Montalcino. It was made from the Sangiovese variety. Brunello is a wine with a powerful body, deep color and pronounced tannins. Wine has excellent aging potential.

DueMani su dvije osobe: Elena Celli i Luca D’Attoma. Godine 2000. pronašli smo u Riparbelli zemlju na kojoj smo dali život našem projektu: ekstremno i surovo mjesto, uglavnom glinasto i s mnogo kamenja, godinama neobrađeno i okruženo mediteranskim grmljem. Ovo je brdo koje miriše na more i šumu. Okrenut je prema obali na nadmorskoj visini od 250-300 metara. Ima sunca, svjetlosti i neprekidnog povjetarca koji jamči temperaturni raspon, temeljan za buke i sporo sazrijevanje, obećanje savršene ravnoteže. Ideja iza osnivanja naše vinarije na obali Toskane bila je proizvodnja vina od naših omiljenih sorti grožđa: Cabernet Franc, Syrah i Merlot, a ovdje su i klima i tlo idealni za ove sorte grožđa. Od početka smo odlučili obrađivati ​​zemlju slijedeći biodinamičku poljoprivredu, kako bismo poštovali i očuvali ovaj besprijekoran okoliš i održali čisto i živo tlo. Vinogradarstvo se obavlja prvenstveno ručnim radom; naših 12 hektara (cca. 30 jutara) vinograda je visoke gustoće i upravlja se uz pomoć malih traktora za obradu tla i distribuciju biodinamičkih pripravaka s ciljem povećanja energije tla i biljaka. Na taj način imamo grožđe bogatog mirisa, okusa i originalnosti za proizvodnju dobrih, čistih, neposrednih i ukusnih vina, svako sa svojim jedinstvenim i prepoznatljivim karakterom. DueMani vina imaju certifikat Organic od BioAgriCert i Biodynamic® od Demeter. Proizvodimo 5 vina: Si, CiFRA, Altrovino, DUEMANI, SUISASSI za prosječno ukupno 45.000 boca.

 

 

DueMani are two people: Elena Celli and Luca D’Attoma. In 2000 we found in Riparbella the land where we gave life to our project: an extreme and severe place, mainly clayish and with many stones, uncultivated for many years and surrounded by Mediterranean shrubs. This is a hill that smells of the sea and forest. It faces the coast at an altitude of 250-300 meters (approx. 820-980 feet). There is sun, light and a continuous breeze that guarantees temperature range, fundamental for bouquet and slow maturation, the promise of perfect balance. The idea behind establishing our winery on the Coast of Tuscany was to produce wines from our favorite grapes: Cabernet Franc, Syrah and Merlot and here, both climate and soil, are ideal for these grape varieties. We decided from the beginning to cultivate the land following Biodynamic Agriculture, in order to respect and preserve this immaculate environment and maintain a pure and lively soil. Viticulture is accurate and done primarily by manual labor; our 12 hectares (approx. 30 acres) of vineyard are high density and managed with the help of small tractors for tillage and the distribution of the biodynamic preparations aimed at increasing the energy of the soil and plants. In this way, we have grapes that are rich in aromas, flavors and originality to produce good, clean, direct and tasty wines, each with its own unique and recognizable character. DueMani wines are certified Organic from BioAgriCert and Biodynamic® from Demeter We produce 5 wines: Si, CiFRA, Altrovino, DUEMANI, SUISASSI for an average total of 45.000 bottles.
