Već 200 godina ovaj karipski rum radi se ručno po posebnoj metodi koju su razvili otočani. Rum je dobio ime po šest župa na Karibima i njihovim svecima (St. david, Andrew, patrick, John, George, Mark). Koristeći samo najbolje posvećene sastojke možemo reći da je ovaj rum pravo ‘’bezgrešno začeće’’. Grenada je poznat kao “The isle of Spice”. Muškatni oraščić se uzgaja u Grenadi i daje 20% svjetske ponude, ali cimet, vanilija, klinčić, đumbir i piment se također nalaze u izobilju. Nakon sofisticiranog procesa proizvodnje poznat samo uskom krugu Maestra Ronerosa, ovaj rum odležava u hrastovim bačvama u kojima je nekad odležavao bourbon. Zadnjih 6 mjeseci odležavanja u njega se dodaju slijedeći začini: muškatni oraščić, vanilija, klinčići, cimet, zvjezdasti anis i pimento; zato se i kaže da je ovaj rum ‘spicy’.

For 200 years, this Caribbean rum has been made by hand according to a special method developed by the islanders. Rum was named after six parishes in the Caribbean and their saints (St. David, Andrew, Patrick, John, George, Mark). Using only the best dedicated ingredients, we can say that this rum is a real “sinless conception”. Grenada is known as “The isle of Spice”. Nutmeg is grown in Grenada and provides 20% of the world supply, but cinnamon, vanilla, cloves, ginger and allspice are also abundant. After a sophisticated production process known only to the narrow circle of Maestro Roneros, this rum is aged in oak barrels in which bourbon used to be aged. During the last 6 months of aging, the following spices are added to it: nutmeg, vanilla, cloves, cinnamon, star anise and pimento; that is why it is said that this rum is ‘spicy’.
