Opis

Boja je dublje zlatnožuta. Buket je sazrio, nakon suhih marelica, dima, zemlje. Izuzetno slatko u ustima, gdje nalazimo još više voćnosti i karaktera, potkrijepljeno obiljem zrelih kiselina. Vrlo viskozan, složen i dug.

 

The color is deeper golden yellow. The bouquet has matured, after dried apricots, smoke, earth. Extremely sweet in the mouth, where we find even more fruitiness and character, backed by an abundance of ripe acids. Very viscous, complex and long. 
O VINARIJI
Obiteljsko imanje Čurin-Prapotnik nalazi se na sjeveroistoku Slovenije, između Ormoža i Ljutomera, u selu Kog. Svi članovi obitelji svjesni su da je vinogradarstvo jedini izvor prihoda, pa svi daju sve od sebe i svi zajedno brinu za nastavak i prenošenje ove tradicije s koljena na koljeno. Trs se uzgaja profesionalno, s malim opterećenjem, a grožđe se ostavlja da maksimalno sazrije. Uvjereni su da su vina od zdravog grožđa, a ne preopterećena trska puna, bogata ekstraktima i okusom. Godišnje proizvode oko 40.000 litara, što je loša litra po trsu. Nude vina u tri linije: svježa klasična vina u bocama, sazrijevana u posudama od nehrđajućeg čelika, vrhunska vina u bocama, koja obično dozrijevaju godinu dana u čeličnim spremnicima, sortna su, prepoznatljiva, proizvedena klasičnom podrumskom metodom s minimalno sulfita i bez kemijskih i bioloških intervencija; posebna vina koja su u hrastu dozrijevala do pet godina, te predikatna vina - selekcija, selekcija jagoda, ledeno vino i selekcija suhih jagoda. Vina sazrijevana u drvenim bačvama na tržište dolaze uglavnom nefiltrirana ili vrlo nježno filtrirana, što se odražava u bogatstvu okusa i eleganciji.
The Čurin-Prapotnik family estate is located in the northeast of Slovenia, between Ormož and Ljutomer, in the village of Kog. All family members are aware that viticulture is the only source of income, so everyone gives their best and all together take care to continue and pass this tradition from generation to generation. The vine is grown professionally, with a small load, and the grapes are left to ripen to the maximum. They are convinced that wines are made from healthy grapes, not overloaded cane full, rich in extracts and flavor. They produce about 40,000 liters a year, which is a bad liter per vine. They offer wines in three lines: fresh classic bottled wines, matured in stainless steel containers, premium bottled wines, which usually mature for a year in steel tanks, are varietal, recognizable, produced by the classic cellar method with minimal sulfites and without chemical and biological intervention; special wines that have matured in oak for up to five years, and predicate wines - selection, selection of strawberries, ice wine and selection of dried strawberries. Wines matured in wooden barrels come to the market mostly unfiltered or very gently filtered, which is reflected in the richness of taste and elegance.
