No, to nije sve. Ovaj beskompromisni gin ima i talijanski bosiljak, turski ružmarin i grčki timijan, Hrvatske bobice smrike, dodatno evocirajući duh Mediterana.
Miris: Travnat, suhi miris mediteranskog raslinja bogat citrusima.
Located next to La Costa Dorada or “Golden Coast,” the Giro family distillery began producing gin in 1940, along with other wines and spirits, whose production dates back to 1835. Unlike traditional gin aromas, which are still dominated by spruce. Gin Mare has started the journey for a whole new idea of gin. Apart from typical herbs and spices, such as pine berries, lemon peel, Seville orange peel, cardamom and coriander seeds, the most interesting thing in this gin is the use of Arbequina olives. But that’s not all. This uncompromising gin also has Italian basil, Turkish rosemary and Greek thyme, Croatian spruce berries, further evoking the spirit of the Mediterranean.
Smell: Herbaceous, dry scent of Mediterranean plants rich in citrus.
Taste: rich, salty, with a hint of citrus of Seville orange. We recommend it with the tonic 1724, in combination with rosemary and 2-3 blueberries. Or with orange jam and lime juice.
