Zalto čaše dolaze od malog proizvođača sa sjevernog dijela Donje Austrije gdje tradicija puhanja stakla seže još u 14. stoljeće. Obitelj Zalto se prije gotovo 100 godina doselila iz talijanskog Murana u Austriju i postavila nove standarde u industriji izrade čaša. Svaka je čaša ustima puhana i ručno dorađena u drvenim kalupima virtuoznom vještinom tradicionalnih majstora puhača stakla.
Tehnička perfekcija oduvijek je bila temelj kreiranja ovih čaša, ali i funkcionalnost. Čaše su kreirane tako da izvuku ono najbolje od vina koje kušamo, od samog okusa do bouqueta.
Što je staklo tanje, veći je užitak biti tako blizu vina kojeg kušamo, a Zalto nam pruža to neponovljivo iskustvo. Osim čaša za bijelo i crveno vino, rade čaše za vodu, šampanjce, desertna i žestoka pića, pivo i naravno dekantere različitih zapremina. Na vinskim degustacijama u kojima sudjeluju i manufakture koje proizvode najbolje vinske čaše, Zalto je redovito u samom vrhu. Zalto glasses come from a small manufacturer from the northern part of Lower Austria, where the tradition of blowing glass dates back to the 14th century. The Zalto family moved from Murano, Italy, to Austria almost 100 years ago and set new standards in the glassmaking industry. Each glass is blown by mouth and hand-finished in wooden molds by the virtuoso skill of traditional masters of glassblowers. Technical perfection has always been the foundation of creating these glasses, but also functionality. The glasses are created to extract the best from the wine we taste, from the taste itself to the bouquet. The thinner the glass, the greater the pleasure of being so close to the wine we are tasting, and Zalto gives us that unique experience. In addition to glasses for white and red wine, they make glasses for water, champagne, dessert and spirits, beer and of course decanters of various volumes. At wine tastings in which manufactories that produce the best wine glasses also participate, Zalto is regularly at the very top.
